WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Baythe Swim offers exchanges and refunds on full priced items only, all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance and our returns and exchanges form.
For all returns and exchanges, garments must be in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Baythe Swim for an exchange or refund are not covered by Baythe Swim.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.
For a refund, the full set must be returned (top and bottom).
We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address used for your order.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or store credit (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Baythe Swim cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
Baythe Swim have an office based in Bondi Beach, Australia - we will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you.
NOTE: You have 7 days to send back your bikini once we provide you with Returns Authorisation number.
Items returned without a Returns Authorisation number will not be processed.
Baythe Swim is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we aim to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days
If you're requesting a refund, we will refund the amount to your account within 2-3 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged garment, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
