WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

BAYTHE offers refunds on full priced items only, all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact us at info@baytheswim.com for assistance. 

For all returns, garments must be in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to do a return first and repurchase the item you would like separately. 

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to BAYTHE for refund are not covered by BAYTHE.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@baytheswim.com using the email address used for your order.

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the item(s) have been received, you will receive a refund and refund confirmation email.

BAYTHE cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?

BAYTHE have an office based in Bondi Beach, Australia - we will provide you with the full address when we confirm your return. 

NOTE: You have 7 days to send back your item(s) once we provide you receive confirmation.

BAYTHE is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we aim to reply with confirmation within 24 hours.

The refund to your account will be processed within 2-3 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged garment, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@baytheswim.com.
