Returns

BAYTHE accepts returns on full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact, unworn and unwashed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.

How to return

Email us at info@baytheswim.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return within 24 hours and provide the return address at our Bondi Beach office. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service as BAYTHE cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at info@baytheswim.com with your order number and photos of the fault. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
