Commitment

BAYTHE is built on the belief that less, made well, is always enough.

We are committed to responsible design, honest production and a considered approach to every decision we make — from the fabrics we choose to the quantities we produce. Sustainability is not a marketing position for us. It is a practice, and one we hold ourselves accountable to at every stage.

How we make

All BAYTHE pieces are handmade in Australia in collaboration with trusted local manufacturers. We produce in small, considered quantities — enough to meet demand, never to create excess. We believe in the longevity of what we make, both in design and construction, because the most sustainable garment is one that lasts.

Our materials

We prioritise regenerated, recycled and low-impact fabrics wherever possible. Where the most sustainable option is not feasible, we select premium quality materials chosen for durability and longevity rather than trend or cost. Every fabric we use is assessed for its environmental impact before it becomes part of a BAYTHE collection.

Our packaging

Every BAYTHE order is packed using recycled materials. Swing tags and information cards are printed on recycled paper. We continue to review and reduce unnecessary packaging at every stage of our process.

Our journey

We do not claim to have all the answers. We are learning, refining and improving — and we are committed to sharing that progress honestly. There is always more to do, and we believe that transparency and accountability are as important as the actions themselves.

In choosing BAYTHE, you are choosing less — less waste, less excess, less compromise.
